Reports

Reports at /advisor/reports summarize your rosters and bookings across the schools you're actively assigned to. Everything is broken down per school — Continental Studios does not roll these numbers up across schools on your behalf.

What's on the page

• Summary cards — roster total, photographed, no-shows, retake queue across all your schools.
• Upcoming portrait days — your next 25 scheduled days with booked/capacity counts.
• Per-school section: capture rate (photographed vs roster) as count, percent, and a progress bar; a per-portrait-day breakdown; and the package mix.
• No-show list — every roster entry marked absent. Use it for follow-up.
• Retake queue — every roster entry marked retake.

Package mix

The Package mix counts confirmed and waitlisted bookings grouped by their answer to a custom question labelled Package. If a sign-up doesn't have a Package question configured, that school's Package mix is empty. Blank answers are bucketed as "Not specified."

Print

Use the Print button to print or "Save as PDF" the reports view. The shell nav and toolbar buttons are hidden by the print stylesheet.
