Calendar

The Calendar page at /advisor/calendar shows every portrait day across the schools you're assigned to. It's a read-only overview — booking, moving, and cancelling still happens on the Appointments page.

Views

• Month — traditional calendar grid. Each day shows the school name and a booked/capacity count. Click a day to open the Appointments page filtered to that sign-up.
• Agenda — chronological list of upcoming portrait days with time, school, sign-up, and booking counts. This is the default on mobile.

Download .ics

The Download .ics button generates an iCal file with one event per portrait day (across all your assigned schools) and downloads it locally. Import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook to keep your schedule alongside your own calendar. Times are floating local (Eastern) — the file has no attendees and no personal data, just the day, time window, and school.

Print

The Print button opens your browser's print dialog. The shell nav, sidebar, and toolbar buttons are hidden by the print stylesheet so the agenda list prints cleanly. Use "Save as PDF" from the print dialog for a shareable file.
